We can’t do it alone and that’s why we gather in LifeGroups.
These are small groups of people, like you, that meet regularly, form friendships and simply…do life together!
We encourage everyone at the bridge to join a LifeGroup.
What is a LifeGroup?
LifeGroups are small groups of about 10 people who are at a similar age and stage of life.
Whatever your personal circumstances, we have a great group that’s just right for you. There’s a group leader, but everyone is a participant and contributor. Everyone is travelling together, figuring out the ups and downs of life in a community that provides encouragement, guidance and friendship for the journey.
Being part of a group is an important part of your personal and spiritual growth.
What happens at a group?

Chat
Catch-up with each other and build friendships.

Study
Discuss the previous week’s sermon. A set of discussion questions will help guide the conversation.

Pray
Share what’s on your heart and help support others. Group members care and pray for each other.

Serve
Serve each other and ‘get out’ and serve the community.

Across Toronto
We have groups across Toronto and the GTA.

FAQs
If I am very new to faith, can I still be included in a LifeGroup?
Yes! Absolutely! We would recommend that you attend a Starting Point group prior to a LifeGroup though.
Do I have to be a member of the bridge to attend a LifeGroup?
No! Membership is not required to attend a group. However, we would highly recommend that you attend the bridge regularly as our groups use the weekend message as the primary content for group discussion.
If someone invites me to their LifeGroup, can I go or do I still have to register for Group Connect?
If someone invites you, and it is your age/stage, go! The leader is then responsible to include you in the group membership records.
Can I bring my children to LifeGroup with me?
There are groups that include children and as a group, child care is worked out. Be sure to register for a group that does this.
